Our Story
Built on Hard Work, Family, and a Belief We Could Do It Better.
We're a family-owned commercial cleaning company rooted in Grand Rapids, Michigan — and everything we do reflects that.
A Family Business Built on Purpose.
Polished & Pristine Cleaning LLC was founded in February 2023, right here in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with a vision, a lot of hard work, and a belief that a family-owned business could make a real difference.
What started as a vision to provide dependable, professional commercial cleaning has grown into a family-driven business built on dedication, relationships, and pride in what we do. We're a mom-and-pop business at heart, and we believe that's part of what makes us different.
We're not just building a cleaning company; we're building something meaningful for our family, creating opportunities for others, and establishing a business our community can count on.
From the beginning, we wanted to offer something that sometimes gets lost in the cleaning industry: consistency, accountability, communication, and genuine care for the properties and people we serve.
Every property we service represents someone's home, business, investment, or community. We never lose sight of that. We take pride in showing up, doing the work, building relationships, and treating every client like more than just another account.
We're proud of where we started, grateful for the relationships we've built, and excited about where we're going.
We're family-owned, community-driven, and committed to keeping West Michigan polished and pristine. Because to us, it's more than cleaning. It's personal.
